How to exercise on Vacu
- The duration of a workout on Vacu Weight Loss is 30min.
- It is preffered to do series of 10,20 or 30 treatments, depending on the thickness of the fat in your body and amount of cellulite. It is also important not to have a break longer than 2 days between workouts.
- Recommended outfit for exercise is a cotton t-shirt, baggy shorts (do not workout in tight trousers – it interferes with proper functioning of lymphatic system) and sport shoes.
